We built an Oz style house in Chiang Mai
This is the second house I have built in Chiang Mai. The first was a two story home on land owned by Saloong’s daughter, Nook.
Nook’s house didn’t have a garden and I like to build, garden and experiment with things, with no garden I felt restricted. So, we bought two plots of land together, one for the house and the adjoining, for a garden where we grow food and can enjoy pottering around.
I might add, it is not hard for me to build a house in Thailand, the is not the paperwork and hidden costs that I found in Australia.

The House Warming Party
This is the second house warming party in Hang Dong, Chiang Mai.
As expected it was so well organised, from street closure, tents, catering, dancing girls, everything to the cleanup next day. nothing was overlooked.
